Blinkers added so the stable might have him peaking today. RUSTY GADGET (4) finished 10 lengths from the winner in fifth last start after being in contention on the turn over 1207m at Sam Houston Park, an improvement on his sixth at Turf Paradise the run before. Taking on a better line-up this time but he deserves another chance. ONE DEAL (8) drifted well back last start before storming home to score by a nose over 1207m at Sam Houston Park (Dirt).
