APOLLITICAL POKER (4) is a four-start maiden who was close to a win before a nine weeks break, finishing off with a minor placing at Retama Park (Dirt). Jockey Luis L Vivanco back aboard. Well placed and happy to have him on top. CORONAS FAMOUSCARTEL (10) was out of the money when resuming two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 229m at Retama Park, beaten 0.9 lengths into fourth. This is a nice drop in grade so she is one of the main contenders. ONE SEPARATE SEIS (12) was responsible for a solid effort last time out when third at Retama Park (Dirt) over 320m, beaten one length. That run should have him rock-hard fit now.
