Has the pace to settle in the leading division. Will prove tough to beat. COBRA STONE 77 (6) finished eighth two runs back at Retama Park (Dirt) then improved last time out to score by 0.3 lengths after being in the firing line on the bend over 320m at Retama Park (Dirt). This doesn't look as hard so he is a major player again. WEST TEXAS ROYALTY (2) was in the firing line on the bend and ran a better race last start to finish a close second over 320m at Gillespie County Fairground after missing the placings at the previous appearance. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. KJ BAD TO THE BONE (7) is progressing well and is close to a win, the latest effort a solid third at The Albuquerque Downs Racetrack & Casino (Dirt) over 402m. Finds a suitable race and can make it to the winner's circle.
