INSPIRATIONAL MAC (1) returns after seven months in the paddock. Has switched barns and has been racing in stronger down south, including twice at Bunbury. He is well-placed and rates to win if the betting suggests stable confidence. SOLARIS GLOW (3) went well at Geraldton first-up but has been plain the two since around this circuit. Peaks and may improve over the longer sprint. BATTLE SHOTS (2) tries hard and has the rail today. The form is nothing to right home about but this isn't a strong race. ORANTORIO ROSE (4) gets in light with the 3kg claim but needs a major form reversal to be winning.
