Laurel Park Race 6 - Race 6 - Mdn Claiming
PENELOPE'S GIFT (10) missed the placings two runs back then improved last start but found a couple better over 1106m at this track, beaten 3 lengths after being prominent at the turn. Likely improver with strong prospects. DIVINE MOUSSE (7) raced handy on debut last start and gave a good sight, holding on for second and beaten 1.75 lengths over 1106m at this track (Turf). Has upside and can open her account. SOTA SUMMERS (3) resumes from a spell of three-and-a-half months. Could only manage to finish seventh at the latest run over 1710m at Colonial Downs Inner Turf (Turf). Nicely placed and can get off the mark. MISCHIEF STORM (2) turned in a decent effort last start to finish second over 1006m at Meadowlands. Has her share of talent. Hard to beat in this suitable race.
