Laurel Park Race 2 - Race 2 - Mdn Special Weight
CARD SHARK (1) produced a nice effort on debut in better company last start over 1308m at Colonial Downs (Dirt) when third, beaten 8 lengths. Sure to take a lot from that hitout so a big run is anticipated. FRUSTRATED (6) is a three-year-old gelding by Maclean's Music out of Embur's Zip set to debut for the Brittany Russell stable. Looks a definite contender, particularly if the money comes. ECLIPTICALS EMPIRE (4) is on debut. By Classic Empire and is out of the F W Stites stable. Watch for a betting push. PLENTYOF ROGUE (2) is a three-year-old colt on debut from the stable of Justin J Nixon. By Rogueish from Sparkle Plenty. Worth watching for a betting push.

Was well in the market at debut, held ground to the line 3rd of 7 at Colonial Downs on September 7 over 1308m, 8 len behind Overtime Rules carrying 54kg at $5. Likely to kick on following that last outing.
