UNBEATABLE (1) was well in the market last time and made it two minor placings from as many runs this prep when 0.8 lengths away in second over 1006m at Horseshoe Indianapolis Turf (Turf). Among the leading chances. DARING VENTURE (7) turned in a modest performance when seventh last start over 1106m at Colonial Downs Inner Turf, beaten 10 lengths. That followed a good first-up win at this track. Perfectly placed and is sure to play a pivotal role. GOLDEN DESCENT (4) produced a good run two starts back to finish second but failed to live up to market expectations last time when out of the placings at Colonial Downs (Dirt) over the same trip. Yet to miss the placings in three starts over this course and distance. Looks well placed so expect a big run this time. LUCA MACHINE (5) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1006m at Delaware Park Turf, beaten 2 lengths into sixth. H Karamanos gets the best out of this four-year-old gelding. Better than recent efforts suggest.
