AGADOO (2) followed on from a successful Queensland campaign with an impressive win here 2 weeks ago as a hot favourite. She is nicely placed again, and from a handy gate, the hat-trick beckons. STOLLAWAY NED (3) is a very progressive gelding who has been runner-up in 2 starts since clearing his maiden status on the Devonport synthetic track easily at the start of last month. Each way claims again. WOLF JUNIOR (1) capped off some good form when winning his last start here by a neck 4 weeks ago. He should be strong enough to cope now with 1600m and can repeat the dose. LITTLE EL (4) was an easy winner over 2000m here 4 weeks ago on a soft track, and though dropping back to 1600m is a query, she can figure in the top 3 again. TIMELY NEEDS (6) was an overdue maiden winner by a head here 3 weeks ago, and now that the penny has dropped, he can go on with the job. SIR WILLIAM (5) makes up the small field, and he will probably be the one to peg back again.
