NATIVE CLAN (3) whacked away for a fair fourth in a 5-horse field here 2 weeks ago over 2000m, after winning over this trip prior on this track. She will be looking for some early cover from a wide gate, but in another small field, she can bounce straight back into the top 3. REGAL HUNTER (4) won his last race over a middle distance 3 starts ago at Hobart, and has been in the money twice since then over 1600m. He is the likely pacemaker, and will again take plenty of catching. Stick with him. JOHNNIE PINCH (2) won't lack fitness, and with some cut in the ground, his winning chances will soar. Each way.
