SIMPLY DEEP (1) maintained his long run of outstanding form with a dogged all-the-way win over this course and distance last start, his first success in six tries on the turf. Hard to beat again in this sort of mood. SEVILLANA (4) returned from a 29-week spell with a game third over 1200m at this track recently. Far better second-up performer who is more at home over this distance. Poses a serious danger. FIORENTE DE LEGEND (5) is back after a 29-week absence. In the money at nine of 12 runs over this trip.
