Launceston Race 5 - Jacksons Security Tasmanian Newmarket & Baker Group 3yo Cup 20th November (Bm60)

WHO'S IN DEV (4) returned from a 24-week spell and missed the placings for the first time in nine career runs when beaten just under three lengths at $1.95 over 1420m at this track last start. On-pacer with a strong record at this trip so he should make amends straight away. ZUNI (7) settled near the tail then went through the line with purpose last time out over 1100m at this track. Fitter for two runs back from a spell and getting back up to 1200m is key to her chances. COOL HEART (3) doesn't win out of turn but has an impressive top three strike rate over a long period. Last raced a month ago when nailed on the line over 1350m at Devonport Synthetic. Placed eight on nine over this distance and loves Launceston. A must for the exotics. MATERIAL MADAM (6) hasn't been too flash in her two runs this time in work but she generally improves at this stage of the preparation. STREET DIVA (2) caught the eye here first-up over 1100m and should enjoy the extra 100m this evening.
