MONT DE SOLEIL (1) found a good 1.25L victory in a 2000m contest at Saint-Cloud but failed to follow up when fourth in the Listed Prix du Pays d'Auge at Clairefontaine five weeks ago. Can bounce back. LE COMBAT CONTINUE (4) has only managed to place once in last six starts. Disappointed when 15th in a class one handicap attempting 2000m at Deauville last time out. Improvement expected. POCA GEN (2) narrowly came out on top of a course and distance handicap by a nose. To date has raced exclusively going right handed. May double up. BLACK ULTRA (3) is not ruled out with placed form tackling this track and trip.
