Makes his race debut from barrier 1 with Yoshihito Nagaoka riding for T Miya. The family has produced several winners, including Key Sonata with two wins and full brother Key Server with one, but the stable's supplied debut figures of 1 win from 20 starts are modest. From the inside draw he has a platform to run neatly, though others present stronger first-start profiles.

Debuts as a Mr Melody filly from barrier 2, with Ryusei Sakai taking the ride for Keiji Yoshimura. The draw is a useful starting point and half brother Jun Windom was a five-time winner, including city wins over 1200m and 1400m. The trainer's supplied debut record is quiet, so she profiles as a realistic place chance rather than a clear top pick.
Jockey: Kenichi Ikezoe

Steps out for the first time with K Ikezoe booked and barrier 3 in his favour. There is a positive family note through half brother Ray Of Fire, who won on debut over 1300m at Tokyo Dirt, while Hidenori Take's supplied newcomer record sits at 2 wins from 37 starts. The inside draw gives him every chance to behave professionally, but he has to lift above the stable's broader debut trend.
Jockey: Yuji Hishida

Makes her debut by Kitasan Black from barrier 4, with Yuji Hishida aboard for H Nakao. The trainer-sire combination has returned 3 wins and 5 placings from 18 supplied starts, which is a useful pointer, and half sister Aufheben was a three-time winner. The family leans a little longer on exposed winning distances, so this looks a measured debut chance rather than a dominant one.
Jockey: Yoshihiro Furukawa

Begins her career from barrier 5 for Koichi Tsunoda, with Yoshihiro Furukawa in the saddle. The dam has produced winners T O Engels and Morienus, and the sibling distance range includes 1300m to 1400m, so the race shape on paper is not unsuitable. The stable's supplied debut strike rate is only 1 win from 27 starts, leaving her with improvement to find against the better-credentialed newcomers.
Jockey: Ryou Takakura

Debuts from barrier 6 for Kunihiko Watanabe, whose supplied newcomer figures are stronger than many here at 5 wins and 10 placings from 28 starts. The trainer-sire combination with Satono Aladdin also reads well, with 3 wins and 9 placings from 23 starts. That profile gives her some each-way interest, although the assessed pecking order still has others ahead.
Jockey: Mirco Demuro

Comments
Comes to the races as a Siskin filly for H Miyamoto, with M Demuro an important booking. The draw in barrier 7 is workable and her confidence rating sits among the stronger debut profiles in the field. The supplied trainer debut numbers are plain, so the jockey engagement and overall assessment carry much of the case, but she still shapes as a genuine winning hope if professional first time out.
Jockey: Kanta Taguchi

Comments
Starts out from barrier 8 for T Umeda, with Kanta Taguchi riding and a stable companion angle noted. The family evidence is light, with half brother Prost unplaced from eight starts, and the supplied trainer-sire figures with Makfi are only 1 win and 2 placings from 30 starts. She can run a race with natural improvement to come, but the profile is more place-focused than win-driven.
Jockey: Arata Saitou

Comments
Makes her debut by Maurice from barrier 9 for Kodai Hasegawa, with Arata Saito aboard. The stable's supplied debut record is encouraging at 5 wins from 30 starts, and the Maurice combination has placed 12 times from 45 starts. That gives her a credible base for a first start, though she sits just below the main quartet on the assessed order.
Jockey: Kazuo Yokoyama

Debuts as a ¥6.3m yearling purchase by Al Ain, with Kazuo Yokoyama riding for M Kon. The family carries substance through Apollo Bibi, a Listed-placed runner, and Ambitious Yoshino, a three-time winner over 1400m on Kyoto Dirt. Barrier 10 is not as kind as some, but the pedigree gives him enough depth to be respected for a place.
Jockey: Yuichi Kitamura

Steps out for Y Shono with Yuichi Kitamura, one of the leading jockeys at this track, taking the ride. The pedigree is notable through Regalo Del Cielo, a four-time winner who placed in the G3 The Epsom Cup and the Listed Kochi Stakes. Barrier 11 asks for some early composure, but the family quality is enough to keep her in the place discussion.
Jockey: Katsuma Sameshima

Begins from barrier 12 for Yoshiaki Sugiyama and is a half sister to Listed winner Cagliostro. That is the clearest positive, with Cagliostro having won the Listed Tachibana Stakes over 1400m and placed in the Listed Shinetsu Stakes over the same trip. Even so, the stable's supplied debut record is 1 win from 26 starts, so she will have to outperform the broader first-start pattern.
Jockey: Fuma Matsuwaka
Weight: 55kgs
Stats
Comments
Starts her career as a ¥4.6m yearling purchase from barrier 13, with Fuma Matsuwaka riding for Mizuki Takayanagi. The trainer-sire combination with Greater London is the key support, showing 6 wins and 14 placings from 32 supplied starts. The wider draw is a slight hurdle and she is assessed below the leading hopes, but the combination figures make her more interesting than a plain outsider.
Jockey: Cristian Demuro
Weight: 55kgs
Stats
Comments
Makes her debut from barrier 14 with Cristian Demuro booked for Mikio Matsunaga, a strong jockey-trainer pairing on the supplied track rankings. The stable's newcomer record is another positive, with 3 wins and 11 placings from 23 starts. The draw is the main practical query, but her overall profile is one of the stronger in the race and she rates a major winning chance.
Jockey: Hideaki Miyuki

Comments
Debuts as a Lord Kanaloa colt for Yasuyuki Tsujino, with H Miyuki in the saddle. The stable's supplied debut record has 6 placings from 28 starts, while the trainer-sire combination has placed 9 times from 35. Barrier 15 means he has a less economical starting point than some, but the profile is solid enough to mark him as a genuine winning hope.
Jockey: Akatsuki Tomita

Comments
Debuts from barrier 16 for Yutaka Okumura with Akatsuki Tomita aboard. The stable's supplied first-starter figures of 3 wins from 27 starts are respectable, and half brother Basileus City was a four-time winner. The trainer-sire combination is yet to place from 4 supplied starts, however, and the wide barrier makes this a tougher introduction than several rivals face.
Jockey: Kohei Matsuyama
Weight: 56kgs
Stats
Comments
Comes up as a ¥13.2m yearling purchase with Kohei Matsuyama, one of the leading jockeys at this track, booked for T Umeda. The family has an encouraging debut note through half brother Peisha Play, who was second over 1200m at Kyoto Dirt first time out. Barrier 17 is the obvious obstacle, but the sale profile and rider engagement keep him firmly among the key chances.
Jockey: Yuga Kawada
Weight: 56kgs
Stats
Comments
Debuts as a high-profile ¥68.2m purchase with Yuga Kawada booked, and that is the strongest starting point in this field. Hisashi Shimizu has 4 wins and 11 placings from 46 supplied debut runners, while the Lord Kanaloa combination has produced 34 placings from 115 starts. Barrier 18 has to be managed, but the purchase price, rider and family profile make him the one to beat.
