Kilmore Race 3 - Break A Sweat For Cf Together Mdn Plate
Looks like two major and three minor chances. RUSSIAN ROCK (10) made his debut in the autumn in an open 2yo race at Sandown and ran on well to finish a close-up third. Not raced since but a repeat would go close back to maiden class here fresh. AKARI SPIRIT (1) is the huge watch in the race. First couple of runs showed good ability in far richer grade including a hot form race at Flemington then went off the boil stretching out in trip before a year off. Has been gelded since. Might find this a shade short of best but is fitted with three jump-outs and on ability could well be too good. COWBOYKICKEDFIVE (2) was placed fresh for the new yard at Pakenham on the synthetic then disappointed on the Ballarat all-weather surface latest. Might be looking for the extra ground now. SWIFT STATEMENT (4) hasn't been far away. Best form stacks up nicely and deserves another chance. OCEAN SURGE (9) wasn't beaten far on debut and has upside.
