Kilmore Race 7 - Macs Irish Pub After The Last Hcp (56)

SKELLIG ROCK (6) is usually thereabouts but finds it hard to win, with only one victory from 14 starts. That said, was fourth over 1200m at Sale in 62 grade last start, beaten only half a length, a repeat of which would make him very hard to beat here. BALGOWAN (9) is on the back-up after a close second over 1100m at Werribee last week, which continued a consistent run of form. This is no tougher, so no reason he doesn't go close again. QUEUE JUMPER (3) showed good early dash last time out and led for most of the way before being claimed late over 1208m at Kyneton. Well-placed and will take catching from the favourable draw. PLEASE ME DO (10) produced a better run last start, beaten 1.75 lengths into fourth over 1461m at Kyneton, and appears nicely placed to find some form. Hard to see OVERTOUX (14) winning but wasn't beaten all that far last start and the senior rider going back on could bring improvement.
