Should be at his peak now and get blinkers, which could prove the missing ingredient. RAINEY (9) stepped out on her debut over 1600m at Ballarat four weeks ago and finished fifth, beaten 2.25 lengths. Much better for that run and can get off the mark this time from the good gate. WOOLLEN (12) is another who looks a stayer of some promise and will find this easier than last start. A repeat of the run prior would see him go close. WOMBAT (6) has drawn well for Rawiller and appears the next in line.
