The speedy galloper raced a $2.3 favourite over 1206m at Terang last time and jumps from the inside barrier today with John Allen aboard. The blinkers are on for the first time, and he's well-placed to win. Wary of MAD ABOUT MAGNUS (11), who debuts for the Hayes boys, and profiles well. Won a recent Pakenham jumpout and draws low. A bold run is likely. SEXY WARRIOR (9) resumed over 1000m at Pakenham when heavily bet but settled back and raced wide without cover (vet cleared). Has a handy 3kg claim today and the blinkers on for the first time. Draws awkwardly again, but with the extra learning and fitness, she will get her chance to make amends. TREBILCO (5) resumed over 1200m at Pakenham, well supported and had excuses. Needs a good ride from an outside gate but showed enough last time in work to suggest quick improvement is likely.
