RUPERT THE BRAVE (3) stayed on for third trying 1400m here finishing 1.75L behind the winner after travelling prominently around the turn. Well positioned to get involved again. ALGAIHABANE (1) failed to back up his earlier victory when eighth by 6L attempting 1600m at Newbury latest. Can bounce back.
