VELVET VEGA (9) showed plenty of promise emerging a 5L second in a Newmarket maiden early last month over 2000m. Some decent performers in that race and can step forward among this company. Well-bred filly TRIBAL QUEEN (8) raced quite greenly when 2.5L third racing first up at Haydock (2000m, soft). Should take plenty from that experience. Leading fancy. GYPSY JAZZ QUEEN (2) makes racecourse debut for the Ralph Beckett yard. Out of a G2 winner and rates a top chance here. DANSEUSE (1) produced a sticking on 2L third at Newcastle on opening start (2500m). Brings the benefit of a run on this surface. Probable contender.
