Improvement expected making second start and is drawn to strike. NEW MONARCH (6) is a highly rated runner from the Andrew Balding stable. Managed to place on his first two outings and warrants major respect delivering all weather debut despite the 172 day lay off. SPIRIT OF SAXONY (7) was far from disgraced on debut at Salisbury in June finishing 1L away in third. Anticipated to be progressing.
