Worth noting I Ortiz Jr goes aboard as the combination has worked well in the past. Has a high cruising speed. Best form puts him right in this. ZULU KINGDOM (9) has two wins and two minor placings from four starts this preparation. Found a couple better last start in the G1 Fourstardave Handicap at Saratoga Inner Turf (Turf) over 1609m after being racing in the leading division. This looks a sterner test than last time but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. LAKE FOREST (7) finished second last time out over 1408m at York, beaten 2.75 lengths. Must be respected. PASS THE HAT (5) raced on the speed from the outset last start and finished second, beaten 0.1 lengths, over 1710m at Listed level at Saratoga Turf (Turf). Junior Alvarado gets the best out of this five-year-old entire. Facing a tougher assignment but he is capable of another big run.
