EVANESCENCE (6) turned in an eye-catching run over 1207m at Listed level at Oaklawn Park (Dirt) last time, ridden back before coming home with a powerful run to finish third. Drops back in grade. Bold showing expected. SHOTGUN WEDDING (1) returns from a layoff of five-and-a-half months. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last prep over 1106m at Woodbine All Weather. Now under the care of new trainer Mark E Casse. Has found the right race and is worth including. MARMALADE SKYE (4) showed good early speed and led throughout to score by 1.75 lengths last start over 1207m at Turfway Park (Synthetic). Record at this journey is impressive with three wins and five placings from nine runs and deserves respect.
