Istanbul Race 2 - Race 2
OKAMI (5) looks progressive third up after winning over 1200m at Istanbul on 4 Oct (TB, barrier 4, 57kg), and draws well in 2. ÜMITBEY (2) is also third up and comes off a 1200m Istanbul win on 4 Oct (TB, barrier 9, 57kg), with solid track stats. ANY GIVEN SUNDAY (3) had a forgive run when 8th of 8 over 1300m here on 9 Oct but had won the 1200m TB here on 20 Sep from barrier 6 prior. First-up FATHERSD (1) resumes after 5 months and rises 400m in trip; has a barrier 1 draw and was 2nd over 1100m at Ankara last prep with this jockey.

Returns first-up after 5 months with a positive prep profile (prep stage: first_up; prep record 1:0-1-0) and draws barrier 1. As a juvenile he won over 1000m at Ankara on 26 May (57kg, GOOD) beating Delicias Turcas, having previously run 2nd over 1100m there on 19 May behind Solo Il Gala with V. Abiș aboard. The inside draw and proven early form at the track give him a sound platform.

Third-up and unbeaten this season (2:1-0-1), he comes off a 1200m Istanbul TB win on 4 Oct from barrier 9 under 57kg, defeating Terraferma. Draws better in barrier 3 and again has Gökhan Kocakaya, with a prior 3rd over 1300m in a 2Y MDN adding depth to the prep; well placed to hold form.

Consistent at Istanbul this prep (4:1-1-1), including a 1200m TB win on 20 Sep from barrier 6 with 55kg, and a 2nd in a 2Y MDN over 1300m prior. Comes here off 17 days, draws barrier 4, and eases back 100m after an 8th of 8 over 1300m last time; capable of rebounding if he reproduces his September form.

Quickly backing up 12 days after a 6th of 8 at Istanbul over 1400m in 2Y COND, stepping from a maiden win at the same track over 1200m the week prior. CurrentTrack form is positive (2:1-0-0) and she draws barrier 5 after wider gates recently, with 1200m/Ankara third prior adding depth to the prep. Genuine claims to hold her form back at this venue with a more economical run from the draw.

Third-up and drawn well in barrier 2, he comes off a last-start Istanbul 1200m TB win (57kg) on 4 Oct, defeating Rebel Millionaire. That followed a 5th in an Istanbul 1200m 2Y MDN on soft, and he now stretches 200m which looks a natural progression.
