Istanbul Race 8 - Race 8
TOUCH OF GLORY (7) is unbeaten in two, including a 1300m win at Istanbul on 21 Aug (TB) and a 1400m win here on 13 Sep with G. Kocakaya, and looks the one to beat dropping back to 1300m. SANAE (4) has twice beaten COSE DELLA VITA (1) at Istanbul, most recently on 18 Sep over 1400m (2YF COND) with Ö. Yildirim, and rates the danger. ANY GIVEN SUNDAY (5) arrives fourth-up after breaking through at Istanbul on 20 Sep over 1200m (TB) and has prior 1300m placings here. O BIR VAHŞI (3) is on a short turnaround after a 1500m win at Kocaeli on 1 Oct and draws barrier 1, adding interest back to 1300m.

Consistent juvenile with a (5:1-3-0) season and a recent 1200m Istanbul win before a close 2nd in the 1400m 2YF COND on soft, splitting with winner Sanae. Drops 3kg to 57kg and comes back 100m after 21 days, with a favourable barrier 5 given her prior win from this gate range. Honest profile suggests she can be in the finish again at this trip.
