Has placed at all three tries around this distance and has handled wet ground consistently. Newman's 2kg claim also makes things easier. PANZER READY (2) is improving quickly for a lightly raced seven-year-old and had genuine interference when finishing third in the same Toowoomba maiden. First look at this sort of trip but has more to offer. WHISKEY WARRIOR (3) has a placing at this trip and his Toowoomba second reads well enough, but he's yet to prove himself on wet ground. Keeping safe for a minor spot. SHE LOVES ME (7) finds the maiden win elusive but has efforts littered through her form that are competitive.

That was a better effort than his Toowoomba seventh, where he was beaten over 20 lengths at long odds. The rise back to 2190m is no help on exposed evidence, and his long maiden record leaves him with plenty to find. Unlikely to threaten.
