Horseshoe Indianapolis Race 9 - Race 9 - Allowance

LARGE POUR (8) was narrowly beaten last start when second in a small field over 1106m at this track (Dirt). Has the gate speed to take up a forward position. Likely to feature. SLAM DUNK JUSTICE (6) hasn't made an impression lately despite market confidence. Last start could only manage seventh over 1207m at this track (Dirt). Open to improvement and is among the chances. WILLY'S IN CHARGE (3) did well to score at this track two runs ago. Fair effort last time out when in the firing line on the turn before finishing third over 1106m at this track, beaten half a length. Has started two times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Looks well placed so expect a better run this time. OIL MAN (5) never got into the race when sixth last time at this track (Dirt) but drops in weight for this. Has been in sound form this prep with a win and three minor placings from five outings. One of the fringe hopes.
