Meeting a tougher field but on his best form he is one of the chief contenders. MONDAVILA (2) resumes in a similar race to his last run three-and-a-half months ago when eighth, beaten 13 lengths. Has a strong first-up record, scoring on two occasions from three runs. Has to be respected. BOURBON CURIOSITY (4) turned in a nice effort to score two runs ago but was not as effective last time out when tenth over 1609m at Horseshoe Indianapolis Turf, beaten 38 lengths. Worth plenty of thought.
