SHIP SERVE (2) finished fourth last start over 1006m at Gulfstream Park Turf (Turf) after racing on the pace for much of the way. Will be handy in the run and should prove hard to run down. LONG ACTING (9) will strip fitter for this after running below expectations first-up at Horseshoe Indianapolis (Dirt), finishing seventh and beaten 18 lengths over 1106m. Going up a level this time but he deserves another chance. LOWER BROADWAY (8) was in the money two starts back at Oaklawn Park then missed the frame but was not too far away last time over 1509m at Hawthorne Turf (Turf). Has ability and expected to feature. I CONDUIT (5) resumes. Didn't make an impact at his only run last prep on June 14, finishing seventh and beaten 17 lengths over 1006m at Canterbury Park (Dirt). Has switched to the Aaron M West stable over the break. Has a decent record at this trip with five minor placings from seven tries and deserves respect.
