Suitably placed so anticipating a better run this time. KOIBITOMISAKI (3) drifted well back before winding up strongly to score an effortless 2 lengths win over 1230m at Sonoda last time out. Rates highly and should go well again. KAPUA (2) showed early speed from an outside draw and held a forward position before fading to finish fourth, beaten 5 lengths, last start over 1400m at Sonoda. Will give backers a sight. STARRY SONG (9) proved too strong two runs ago but couldn't follow that up last time out when fifth over 1400m at Sonoda, beaten 3.5 lengths. In contention this time.
