Purton remains in the irons and a better draw this time around should suit him. Ticks plenty of boxes and can go one better now. WIN METHOD (12) couldn't bring up the hat-trick last start when gunned down late in the race, beaten 0.3L at this track and trip. Suspect he'll roll forward from the draw once again today and look to dictate proceedings from the front. Building a handy record at this course and distance and can get back to winning ways. DO YOUR PART (5) is hard to knock on recent form, missing out by 0.3L at this track and trip as the race favourite most recently. He's won a trial since then and he's placed at this track and trip on both occasions and another forward showing is on the cards. POWER OF VITAM (4) has trialled solidly since a 2L defeat last start and he can improve getting out to this distance.
