SCHNELL ANGE (11) finished out of the money but was not too far away when resuming last start over 1800m at Kyoto Dirt. Sure to measure up. ROUGE VIVACE (3) broke her maiden last start over 1800m at Kyoto Dirt, scoring by 2 lengths. Is lightly raced and has plenty of scope for improvement. Yuji Hishida was in the saddle on that occasion and retains the mount. This is tougher but she cannot be underestimated. PENDANT (8) broke her maiden last start over 1700m at Kokura Dirt when resuming, scoring by a nose. Sparingly raced and has more to offer. Must be respected now that the penny has dropped.
