ISLE OF MONA (9) is yet to break through after four career starts but managed to fill a minor placing at Ballarat Synthetic two starts back when resuming before finishing eighth over 1200m at Ballarat Synthetic last time. This is the most winnable option she's been in to date. CRIES AND WHISPERS (2) finished seventh last time out over 1009m at Echuca, beaten 2 lengths, but was good the two runs prior and only needs to rediscover that form to be a force. BRAVE SUMMIT (4) did a fair job on debut last time out, finishing 3/4 of a length from the winner over 900m at Corowa. Has ability and looks sure to measure up with the benefit of that run from a good gate. SONG'N'DANCE (13) could be the improver. Did little on debut but trialled well before that and gets blinkers. ALVIN (1) is on debut in Victoria from Qld, so hard to get a line on the form, but any market positivity needs to be respected.
