Tough race to end the day. NATURE BOY (9) going better than his recent runs suggest and well placed from the low draw. Just under six weeks between runs with a handy fourth over 1900m at Armidale. Up to his right trip today and can play a leading role. ROCK THE MACHINE (3) deep into the campaign and should have little trouble running the trip this prep. Just under a month between runs when he stuck on well to finish fifth over 1800m at Port Macquarie. Will find this class more to his liking. REDADEL (5) bounced off the good second two-back, with a well deserved victory as fav over 2105m at Tuncurry. Has the speed to come over from the draw and can take a hand in the finish. BRIGHT THE SUN (10) made progress when she dropped in grade for a closing third over 2200m at Ipswich. Best figures measure up over this track and trip.
