HAY DEER (7) is on debut for the local yard and scratched from a race last week to run here. It looks a good move as she's found a very suitable maiden on debut. Her trial back in May showcased some ability and if she's come on from that effort, she can make a winning start to her career. HEROES'N'VILLAINS (3) has the better exposed form of the raced brigade, with both autumn runs on soft ground better than the bare finishing positions indicate after covering ground. Loy rides in a good push for his chances. Can play a leading role. ON THE FLY (11) is on resumption today and ended last campaign in good order here. Drawn nicely and won't be far away if she can resume at that level. NANAMI (10) is race-fit third-up and won't be far away.
