Open race. RUN LUCY RUN (2) has the strongest exposed form and is knocking on the door. She is eased into a more suitable assignment and recent efforts are good enough if she can hold that form. ALL ABOUT ARTIE (3) is mixing his form but was back to his best last on the course proper when leading pillar-to-post. Expect Franklin to press the Go button again from out there and be the one they need to reel in. COSMIC COCO (7) comes off a narrow Ballina win, and his distance and synthetic records are up to scratch to put him right in the mix. MR BUBBALUSKI (1) has built nicely into this campaign, appreciating the rise in trips at each start. Got the job done here last time over the same trip and gets in a touch lighter with the 3kg claimer taking over. No reason he can't win again. HE IS THE KISS (8) doesn't win out of turn but can cause a late scare if they overdo it in front.
