The return to a CL 2 looks a suitable assignment and her 1000m record is a clear strength. VINTAGE VIBES (1) finished half a length behind QUEIN STEP last time after leading. With the apprentice claim helping offset the 60kg, and his one prior visit to this venue producing a win, he's an obvious danger. GEITZ (5) is better than the last-start fifth reads, with a slow beginning, keenness and a bump all part of the story in stronger Saturday company, while her earlier Doomben win showed she can finish over the top of a field.
