IRISH HANDCUFFS (2) resumes after solid 1800m form at this venue last campaign and has been fitted with a Beaudesert trial. This is a good kickoff for him and he looms a big threat. POISED TYCOON (9) is knocking on the door, having placed twice from three starts this campaign and run third at Warwick last time when prominent, keen and forced wide late. Gets weight relief coming from the country circuit and is drawn cosy. TALK ABOUT LAYLA (7) was never a winning factor at Taree but kept working from the back, and her 1400m placing record keeps her in the mix. SYMBOLISE (5) had trialled okay before her debut but never fired a shot race day. Should've come on from that and worth a market watch.
