MOUNTAIN BIKE (2) resumes after ten weeks and did win first-up over this track and trip last campaign, so she's expected to play a major role again fresh. THE GOOD FRIEND (4) is a talented entire who tackled much stronger company last start in the G3 Professor Nova Monteiro over 1900m, finishing well behind Obvio, but this is a significant drop in grade, and he should be prominent throughout. ESCHER (8) returns from a long 22-month break and was safely held in his only run last prep in the G1 Gran Premio Brasil, but he has since joined the Jorge Alexandre Borioni stable and owns a strong record at this track.
