Kicked off last prep with a sound second in a steeplechase over 3319m at Ayr and can return in winning form. LISLEIGH LAD (8) didn't place tackling a steeplechase (3822m) at Listowel. Turned things around subsequently winning by 3.5L a steeplechase (3922m) at Wexford. Must be a chance again. THE BANGER DOYLE (6) found the frame in a flat race at Tramore then appreciated a return to jumps racing in latest when second contesting a steeplechase (3419m) at Killarney beaten 8L.
