Debuts for Takayuki Yamashita, whose first-starter record stands out at 4 wins and 8 placings from 10 runners. Barrier 2 is a useful draw for a colt by Matera Sky, and Francisco Goncalves takes the ride. The family has produced Token Martini, a 2-time winner, though the sibling debut results were modest. Profiles as a genuine chance to run well at the first attempt.

Steps out for Yuta Sato with Masashige Honda booked, and that rider brings the top track-wins ranking into the race. The pedigree has substance, headed by half-sibling Natural Rise, a 5-time winner who won on debut at Sapporo Dirt and later won over 1600m at Tokyo Dirt. From barrier 3, she has enough positives to be a serious first-start place hope.

Makes her debut for Masato Hayashi, whose first-starter record of 2 wins and 9 placings from 12 runners is a strong pointer for this type of race. She is by Chuwa Wizard from Red Orange and draws barrier 4 with Akira Harita aboard. The family has several winners, including Siva Tau and Kurino Meister, and her stable profile gives her the clearest winning shape.

Begins for Masaki Iwasaki with Takayuki Yano booked, and the rider's strong local standing is the main positive. The filly is by Majestic Warrior and is a half-sister to Zenkai World, a 3-time winner, and Kitano Flora, a 2-time winner. The trainer's debut sample is 3 runners for 0 wins and 1 placing, so she must lift above the stable pattern to win.

Debuts from the outside draw with Tsubasa Sasagawa engaged, and that rider booking is a notable asset. Takanori Yamanaka has 2 wins and 3 placings from 9 debut starters, while half-siblings Godspeed Leo and Lady Pyro were both 5-time winners. The family gives him some depth, but barrier 6 leaves him needing a sharper first effort than the main selections.
