CLARAYOUTHEBEST (5) finished third at this track and distance at her last appearance three months ago. Strong chance to kick the campaign off on the right note. LADIES RUM (1) finished out of the money two starts back then she settled well back and was beaten 9 lengths when seventh in a 1710m contest at Woodbine All Weather a week-and-a-half ago. Has the talent to figure prominently. LITTLE IRIS (3) was out of the money two runs back then again missed the frame last start over 1710m at this track, beaten 5.5 lengths into fourth after being prominent at the turn. Ideally placed and is sure to play a major role. LITTLE FIRE (4) is experiencing a long win drought, extended last start when fifth over 1609m at Fort Erie Turf after she gave away a big start. Likely improver who should be in the mix.
