STRIKE A CHORD (3) returns from a layoff of nine months. Worth noting she filled a minor placing when returning from a spell last time in work over 1006m at Woodbine All Weather. Lines up today for the first time for trainer Kevin Whiteley. Rates highly and should take some beating. CHROME'S BIG BREAK (4) finished last campaign with a couple of minor placings, the latest over 1006m at this track nine months ago. Has a solid record here at the distance with three wins and two placings from seven tries. Well placed and should be in the finish. SOUPER COP (2) lines up for the first time since October 21. Started the last campaign impressively when in the placings over 1006m at Woodbine All Weather. Makes plenty of appeal. FAIRHOPECURLY (1) is an imported five-year-old having his first run in this area for the Cindy Mustoe stable. Hasn't raced since she finished sixth over 1106m at Tampa Bay Downs (Dirt) three-and-a-half months ago. Hasn't trialled publicly for the new connections but she is worth including.
