SALKADAN (7) had wind surgery before making his hurdling debut at Uttoxeter and offered plenty when finishing third after being met with strong market support. One to take very seriously for the champion trainer. GREY SANDS (1) makes his debut for a stable who aren't renowned for their winners at this time of the year. On breeding the trip is a question mark but he is respected. RUM DIAMOND (6) has also had wind surgery and wears a tongue tie on his hurdle and stable debut and looks best as a place chance. OCTOBER SURPRISE (5) is yet to show enough ability to be of strong interest and is likely to need the experience.
