LIFELIKE (4) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 2.75 lengths away in fourth last time out over 805m at this track after being prominent at the bend. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot find winning ways. AZTEC GEM (5) turned in a fine effort to win by one length at today's track and distance when first-up from a layoff last start. Well placed and there is no reason he cannot repeat the dose. CHERRY GLEN (1) is a four-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Lester Rhodes yard. Resumes after finishing sixth at Prairie Meadows (Dirt) at his last run six-and-a-half months ago. Not seen at the trials but looks nicely placed. Among the leading chances. AHOOGA (3) comes here following a win over 1308m at Delta Downs a month ago, getting home by one length. One of the main contenders.
