EL MERO MERO (4) was well found in the betting last time out but could only manage to finish fifth over 1308m at Delta Downs (Dirt) in a disappointing performance. This doesn't look as hard so he is likely to play a big role. SUBSIDIZE (2) is a eight-year-old gelding who is having his first run for the Trevor Rushton stable. Finished off last campaign with a 11th in stakes class at Arapahoe Park (Dirt) three-and-a-half months ago. Not seen at the trials but looks well placed. Among the leading chances. MASTER GAME (6) missed the placings two starts back then ran a better race and finished 8 lengths away in fifth last time out over 1710m at Turfway Park. Perfectly placed and is sure to be there at the finish.
