Flemington Race 2 - Herald Sun Plate (Bm84)

It looks another ideal race for SHE'S AN ARTIST (3) who has always promised very good ability. She hasn't quite delivered on that to date but starting $1.30 and being beaten under a length by Bridal Waltz is outstanding form for this. She did what she had to do first up and can go on with it now. VERDOUX (9) resumed with a strong win first up at Caulfield, getting home strongly late to score. He drops half a kilo off that and sets up well here. HEZDARNHOTTOO (8) was first up off a 13 month spell at Rosehill and gave a great sight out in front, beaten under a length. He should strip much fitter from that and will be hard to get past with Bowman booked. PRESS DOWN (1) resumes for a new yard. He's lost his way a bit but his best sets a decent benchmark and he could be a blowout hope at big odds. CASTELLAR (6) is racing well and has claims again.
