Flemington Race 2 - York Vobis Gold Plate
PRESTIGE OLE (1) was a tough winner at Ballarat at his second career start, backing up a nice debut. Out to 1400m now suits ideally and he'll take beating again. POLISH PLAYGIRL (7) debuted in the G3 Magic Night Stakes and wasn't terrible, working through the line okay late. This is much easier and she can be a sharp improver. ZORB (2) worked home nicely on debut at Ballarat behind PRESTIGE OLE. Both should be suited to 1400m and ZORB can only improve off that. AMAZAKE (5) is a gelding by Maurice on debut for the Maher yard. Watch the betting. AYE VEE AITCH (3) next best.
