Finger Lakes Race 7 - Race 7 - Allowance

ISOLA D'ORO (4) scored an impressive win by 3.5 lengths when resuming from a spell last time out over 1710m at this track (Dirt). Open to plenty of improvement and another win looks on the cards. DUCKY MEDWICK (3) has progressed nicely in his last couple of runs. Finished third at this track (Dirt) two starts back then landed the prize by 2 lengths as favourite last time out over 1673m at this track (Dirt). This looks a sterner test than last time but on current form he is capable of testing his rivals. HEY PAL (8) produced a good run two starts back to finish second but failed to live up to market expectations last time when out of the placings at this track (Dirt) over 1609m after he had travelled in a rearwards position. Has started four times at this course and distance and is yet to miss the placings. Nicely placed to turn things around. MUSCLE SHOALS (1) is close to breaking through after two consecutive placings, the latest coming when second over 1609m at this track (Dirt). Has his share of ability. Hard to beat in this suitable race.
