Finger Lakes Race 2 - Race 2 - Mdn Claiming
SOLO BELLE (2) returned from a spell two-and-a-half weeks ago when she was beaten 22 lengths into tenth over 1207m at Belmont Park. Beautifully placed and is sure to prove tough to beat. TIZ'S CUPCAKE (4) was prominent until they straightened last time but weakened to finish fourth over 1106m at this track (Dirt). Among the top chances in what looks a most suitable race. LADY ON THE LAM (3) produced a nice effort on debut in better company last start over 1207m at Prairie Meadows (Dirt) when third, beaten 42 lengths. Likely improver so she is among the leading chances. NICE TRY CAT (1) is on debut. By Courageous Cat and is out of the Linda K Dixon stable. Worth watching for a betting push.
