Finger Lakes Race 2 - Race 2 - Claiming

TEKILA (5) has been in the placings at her last two starts, finishing second last time when she was handy all the way over 1207m at this track (Dirt). Finds a suitable race and can go on to take this out. BLUE EYED SCOUT (6) was prominent on the corner and battled on well to finish second last start over 1106m at this track (Dirt), beaten half a length. Looks well placed so expect another forward display. GRAND LADY INDY (3) has switched yards since finishing second two weeks ago over 1106m at this track. Worth plenty of thought. TUMBLES (2) proved too strong two runs ago but couldn't follow that up last time out when fourth over 1106m at this track, beaten 9 lengths. Worth another chance.

Racing well recently. Returns from a 43-day let-up. At the latest run 4th in a small field at this track on August 31 over 1106m, 9 len behind Practical Rachel with 56kg at $11.40. Before that came from midfield and won by 1.5 len at this track on August 17 over 1207m defeating Diva Banker carrying 56kg at $2.36. Better than that recent plain performance suggests.
